Major Perforation Varieties

There are 3 major types of perforations.

L or l = L perforation - perforated in row stage operation. This is in the shape of an "L". It's characterized by overlapping holes. All margins are perforated through. P-11x11, (exactly 10.94x10.94).

EL or el = Electric Eye Perforation: "L" type margins are not perforated completely through. P-11x10.5, (exactly 11.25x10.5).

H or h = Horrow Type Perforation: also called "on press", "in line", "bullseye" perforation. Characterized by perfectly intersecting holes. P-11.2 x11 (Exact (11.25x11.25).
